Abstract

Recently, the cases of poly-pharmacy have increased due to population aging and the growth in chronic diseases. Thus, the evaluation of drug interaction become important for drug development and clinical application. Drug metabolism occurs primarily in the liver, and in the liver CYP450 isozymes are importantly involved in the drug metabolism. We considered involvement of drug metabolism and then selected CYP450 isozymes. Hep3B, HepG2, Hepatocyte was treated preferred drug and substrate which were suggested FDA guidance and in vitro drug interaction was evaluated using LC-MS/MS. We hope that established assesment utilizes useful tools for domestic pharmaceutical industry.
